Get ready to participate in the Pokémon World Tournament

Nintendo has revealed new information on how to play Pokemon World Tournament which debuts in the games Pokémon and Pokémon White 2 Black 2, which will go on sale for the range of Nintendo DS on 11th October. The two versions of the game can also be played in 2D on the Nintendo 3DS and 3DS XL. In Pokemon Black and Pokemon White 2 2, players will return to Unova two years after the events in Pokemon Black and Pokemon White.

The new Pokémon World Tournament mode includes:

Competitions against gym leaders: Word participates in the Pokémon Tournament, an exciting arena in which players can battle gym leaders and champions of previous Pokémon games. Fans of the series will confront Lance, winner of the Johto region, and Lectro, gym leader of Sinnoh.

Battles: Players will participate in the Pokémon World Tournament as a qualifying tournament. The battles will be single, double, triple and rotating. Through Wi-Fi Connection, participants will receive data that will enable them to deal with special coaches and top players and their teams, the video game Pokémon World Championship 2012.
